MMmmm…. King’s Hawaiian Rolls. Little clouds of perfection!
Once you’ve sliced the rolls, slathered them in mayo, and assembled the turkey and cheese, you’re going to make buttery poppy-seed sauce to brush on top. 🙂
Make sure you slather the entire batch of sauce on these guys!
Cover in foil and bake at 350* F for 30 minutes.
Viola! You’re done! 🙂
Sooooo Good. SO GOOD!

GO BRONCOS!!
Hawaiian Turkey and Cheese Sliders
- 1 package (12) King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 1/2 pound (18 slices) Turkey Lunch Meat
- 4 ounces (1/2 block) Sliced Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Buttery poppy-seed sauce
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) Butter, salted or unsalted
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Mustard, Dijon or yellow
- 1/2 tablespoon Honey or Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- Pinch of Salt
Preheat oven to 350* F. Grease a large baking dish. Slice loaf of rolls in half. Spread two tablespoons of mayo on the inside of each sheet of rolls. Layer the turkey on the bottom half. Then layer the cheese on top of the turkey. Put top layer of rolls back on and place it in the greased baking dish. You essentially just made a giant sandwich. 🙂
For the butter sauce: In a small saucepan on medium-low heat melt 1/4 cup of butter. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, honey, onion powder, poppy seeds and a pinch of salt. Once fully mixed, brush the ENTIRE pan of sauce over the top of the rolls.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350* F for 30 minutes. Makes 12 sliders but the recipe can easily be doubled to feed a small crowd. Enjoy ❤ 🙂 xoxo
