Here I go again… another post about bread.

BUT!!  This one is so easy.

You only need a can of refrigerated biscuits since you probably already have the rest of the ingredients in your kitchen.  And if you’re like me, you already have a can of biscuits on hand.

I keep Pillsbury rolls in my fridge for stuff like this.. and their canned cinnamon rolls make a quick weekend breakfast for the kids!

Here’s a snippet of the ingredients.  If you don’t have Italian seasonings, no big deal.

I was making stuffed shells for dinner and wanted something to dip in the marinara sauce so I whipped up these breadsticks in less than 10 minutes (not including bake time).. totally worth it!

Start by preheating your oven.  Then roll out each biscuit.

Generously brush each breadstick and bake until golden brown.  About two minutes towards the end, brush generously with more salty melted butter.

“Fitness is great but have you tried Garlic Bread?”

Serve warm and that’s it!  They are awesome with Italian food.

I had them as a snack with marinara sauce the next day too.  I hope you enjoy 🙂  xoxo

Quick Garlic Bread Twists

  • 1 can Pillsbury Homestyle Biscuits
  • 4 ounces (1/2 stick) Melted Butter
  • 3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Preheat oven to 325° F.  Roll out each biscuit with a rolling pin.  Twist and pull until they are in the shape of a breadstick, about 10 inches long, and place on a baking sheet.

Mix together the melted butter, garlic, salt and Italian seasonings.  Generously brush each breadstick with the mixture and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.  Two minutes prior to removing from the oven, brush with more salty melted butter.  Serve warm!
