Use a pre-sliced sourdough baguette. Coat one slice with spreadable cream cheese and the other with thick slices of colby-jack cheese. Instead of using butter on the outside of the bread try using mayonnaise for a crispier crust.

Brunch style savory bread pudding big enough to feed a crowd of friends. The ingredients are simple including Swiss Chard, a loaf of bread, green onions/shallots, bacon, eggs, cheese, heavy cream, and seasonings.

It’s time to take your weekend coffee game to the next level. This blend of aromatic spices, rich coffee grounds and scalded milk is undeniably delicious and a great alternative to leaving the house for Starbucks.
Tuna Salad: I substitute the mayo with 2% Greek Yogurt. I also make sure to buy tuna in “water”.. not tuna in “oil.” I use dill relish which has zero calories, and to add sweetness I use a dollop of honey.

The recipe is great for a cheesecake baking “beginner.” It’s rich and creamy deliciousness is satisfying all by itself, or easily customizable for add-ins. Bonus, it feeds a large crowd!
