Easy Homemade Whipped Cream

This might be my shortest post ever since homemade whipped cream takes 3 minutes to make.  There’s not much to say, except, I hope you keep heavy whipping cream in your fridge at all times.

It’s useful in a thousand ways and as a bonus!!….. It takes forever to expire.

Most importantly:  You can have fresh whipped cream at your fingertips 24/7! 🙂

To make:  Pour the ingredients into a bowl and beat on high for about 2-3 minutes until peaks have formed.

That’s it. 🙂

Use it as a topping for coffee, pudding, pie, pudding pie, ice cream, fresh fruit, etc.  The possibilities go on and on and ……..on…

“Nothing worth having comes easy.”

– LOL… who wrote that?!

Light and Airy!

Easy Homemade Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Combine ingredients in a large bowl that’s chilled (optional, but recommended) and beat on high until peaks form.  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.  Makes 2 cups.

Note:  For sweeter cream use 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar instead.
